Exchange and Return Policy

• Timeframe: 14 calendar days from receipt of the order.
• Condition: The garment must be unworn, unwashed, and with original tags.
• Exchanges: The customer may request a size exchange.
  • Shipping to Kizomba Katxupa: paid by the customer.
  • Return shipping to the customer (new size): paid by the customer.
• Returns:
  • The product price will be refunded (excluding shipping costs).
  • The customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
• Defective products: Replaced at no additional cost.
• Returns of used or damaged products are not accepted.
